Cancellation Policy
Memberships & Day Passes • Memberships and day passes are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered individual. • Access hours, included amenities, and benefits vary by membership tier. • Momentum reserves the right to modify membership offerings, pricing, or amenities with reasonable notice. Private Offices (Lease Req) • Private office use is limited to the individual or team listed in the agreement. • Offices must be kept in clean, professional condition. • Alterations to furniture, walls, or fixtures are not permitted without written approval. Payments & Fees • All fees must be paid in full prior to access unless otherwise agreed in writing. • Membership plan payments are due on the first day of the month. Late payments may result in suspended access. • Prices are subject to change with 30-day notice. Cancellations & Refunds • Memberships and day passes are non-refundable. • Membership cancellations require a 60-day written notice. • Event space cancellation policies are outlined in the event agreement and vary based on notice provided. • No refunds will be issued for unused time or early termination. Changes to Terms Momentum may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the space constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
