Cancellation Policy

Event Space Use Momentum’s Event Space is designed for intimate gatherings, professional events, and private celebrations, including workshops, mixers, photo sessions, and small receptions. • All events must be approved in advance. • Events must comply with local laws, occupancy limits, and building policies. • Momentum reserves the right to deny or stop an event that becomes unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with the nature of the space. Booking & Payment • A signed agreement and payment are required to secure a reservation. • Event fees must be paid in full prior to the event unless otherwise agreed in writing. • Bookings are non-transferable. Cancellations & Changes • Cancellation policies are outlined in the Event Agreement. • No refunds will be issued for unused time or late arrivals. • Changes to event details must be approved in writing. Liability & Insurance • Momentum is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. • Use of the Event Space is at the Client’s own risk. • The Client agrees to hold Momentum harmless from claims, damages, or injuries arising from the event, except where prohibited by law. • Proof of insurance may be required for certain events. Force Majeure Momentum is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government orders, or emergencies. Termination of Event Momentum reserves the right to end an event without refund if these terms are violated or if guest behavior poses a safety or operational concern.
